It's a shame, I wasnt able to join the pricegiving ceremony, when I was on my way back to universaty, as I just heard that I got third in the cable-ranking behing Aaron (1st) and Sam (2nd). I am so happy that my injury is doing well and the riding gets better in every session.

The time at CWC in Naga on the Philippines was insane. Thanks Morris for making all this come true. Looking forward to shred next year...

After one week I can say "the feeling comes back". It's hard to fight against soured muscles but the first "hard attacks", "frontmobes", etc have been landed. After 2 Month without adrenaline, I know what I need to be happy...

After 3,5h flight from Hamburg to Antalya it was just a 20min drive to Hip-Notics cablepark. When I went for dinner I met three beer drinking and ping pong gaming clowns (Fredi, Dominik and Nick).

Today we had a couple of sesions all over the day. The feeling is comming back...

The operation Is 8 weeks ago and I am super happy and thankfull to upload the first real actionpics from my first wakesession in Pinneberg. After a few kite- and winch-sessions with the Skate during the last weeks, it was odd to stepp in my boot. But after 30min warm up on the obstacles, I couldn't bite back to go without an invert. 

5 sec before the tekaoff I wasn't sure If I should do it or not. The first front to blind was landed save and another five followed. From this point on I wanted more, but I knew that I just have to make a stupid mistake and it could happen something I would regret. But It felt so good to feel the power and land those moves...

In the new Kitelife you can see my new slider in an advertisement of Quiksilver. The pic was shooted by Lars Franzen on Fehmarn a few week before I broke my fibula. Which is doing great by the way. But it still needs time to shredd hard again.

Today I went 2 weeks earlier for the check-up than me Doc told me and it was the right feeling/decision. In the beginning she told me to bring not more than 10-20kg pressure on my broken leg and come back in 2 weeks. Than I asked for an X-Ray and here answered was a lot better after she looked at the new pics of my screwed bone. It looks like it heeled almost completly in 3,5 weeks and I  can increase the pressure.

So I just pump up my muscles a bit and might be back on the water in maybe 2 weeks?!?!?! 

I’ve crashed the last jump of my evening session in Laboe (Kiel) a bit too hard.

To be not tiered on the competition this weekend I decided to end my session after 40min with a huge NIS. So I went full speed and waited for a gust to get the most possible power in my kite. When I came down to the water my body leaned too much forward. So the nose of my board went in first and sticked into the sandbank  which I didn’t recognized before. My foot was fixed in the binding. So the left fibula is broken in a Weber Fracture B.

Operation will be next Friday…
