Had my ACL-operation  in the MareKlinikum in Kiel on monday morning at 7 am.  When I awake at 11 am i was quite space of the anesthesia and slept almost the rest of the day. Dr. Prieß told me that the OP was succesfull and my new ACL will be more stabil then before.

Hey guys... the PKRA in will start tomorrow. I arrived here in St Peter Ording yesterday morning to make some interviews with SpiegelOnline and WetterFernsehen. Today we had a nice trainingssession and did also some pics and videoshots in this session.

After a delicious BBQ the alarmclock began to ring at 5 am next morning. We had a winchsession with my slider in a little river in Barmstedt from 6 am until 6 pm. Two realy nice policemen asked us about our mission at 7 am. Good thing was that one of the policemen is a surfer and unterstood our planings.

So we had a lot fun without big injuries... "only" one cam with an wide angle objective fall into the water :-(((
